CrossFit Iron Duke is committed to supporting charities close to our hearts. Over the past five years, we have raised over £40,000 for charity.

October 2024 – 100 push ups a day for Cancer Research
Coach Scott and members Siobhan, John, Joseph, Paul, Katherine, Ben and Rhiannon, accumulated 24,800 push ups during October and raised an incredible £671 for Cancer Research. Blowing the target of 3100 push ups and £150 out of the water.
August 2024 – 24 hour WODathon for Rowans Hospice
24 workouts over 24 hours. That was one workout on the hour for 24 hours. Over 30 members and coaches took part in all 24 workouts, with many others dropping in throughout that period.
We raised an incredible £6,020 for Rowans Hospice
January 2024 – Charity Row for Solent Mind and REORG
Within 8 hours and 30 minutes, 36 teams of 4, plus countless drop-ins, and 60,000m being rowed outside the gym, Team CFID rowed an incredible 3,741,000 meters and raised an amazing £14,376
January 2020 – Row for Rowans
100,000m rowed by 20 teams of 4. All raising money for Rowans Hospice. The team raised a fantastic £9,568
August 2019 – 24 hour WODathon for Solent Mind & Mind
24 workouts over 24 hours. That was one workout on the hour for 24 hours. At 2200hours, there were over 50 members in the gym working out! The team raised a phenomenal £5,150
January 2019 – Pam’s Marathon Row for The Osborne Trust
Member Pam, Head Coach Toby and Coach Harry all rowed a marathon… Team CFID supported, and between them all, just under 18 marathons were rowed, biked or skied in just 3 hours 30 mins. Raising a whopping £3,861 for The Osborne Trust
