Kerry has owned CrossFit Iron Duke, with her husband Toby since the doors opened in July 2014. In addition to both coaching and being the affiliate manager, Kerry also runs our CrossFit Teens Iron Duke and CrossFit Kids Iron Duke programme, is our Adapative Athlete Trainer and Pre & Post Natal Coach and our RAW Kids Gymnastics Head Coach. When she isn’t on the gym floor coaching, you will find Kerry in her office running the business and looking after all the members.
Toby has owned CrossFit Iron Duke, with his wife Kerry since the doors opened in July 2014. In addition to his coaching, Toby is responsible for the gym’s programming and also runs our Iron Duke Barbell Club with Coach Harry.

1. Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no Sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
2. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics : pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc. hard and fast.
3. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
4. Regularly learn and play new sports.
