Our CrossFit Lite classes are perfect for those wanting to sweat and just workout, without the higher gymnastic or weightlifting skill level that is often seen in our CrossFit classes.
Classes run one hour and will be a mixture of EMOMs (every minute on the minute) and AMRAPs (as many rounds or reps as possible), working your whole body, and the added bonus is you can move as hard and fast or slow and steady as you want – the choice is yours!
You do not require any CrossFit experience to join these classes.
