Our mobility classes are taught by Lucy, a fully qualified Yoga Instructor.
Mobility is so important. Having a good range of mobility in our joints, helps decrease the risk of injury. Improving you mobility teaches your joints how to perform when under tension either intentionally through training or unintentionally through accidents. We typically sustain injuries when our body is asked to move outside of its normal range. So by training your mobility you are expanding that range to allow for more movement. This aids daily living as much as it does training….
