CrossFit is the perfect functional fitness regime and combines a mixture of cardio, gymnastics and weightlifting, to give you a great – but never boring – total body workout. Our members that train here, do so because they, like the other 99.9%** of CrossFitters, want to improve their life, and because they enjoy it and have fun!
You will be led by experienced CrossFit Trainers in small class sizes. Research shows that training in a group environment motivates individuals. Each class is suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities.
In addition to our CrossFit classes, we also run Total Body Conditioning classes which are perfect for people with no CrossFit experience and who just want to `work out`, plus two dedicated Iron Duke Barbell Clubs ideal for those who want to get better at weightlifting, and a mobility class.
We also run weekly CrossFit Teens (11-16 years) and CrossFit Kids classes (5-11 years old).
