Mans Club

First Friday of every month

WHAT IS CROSSFIT IRON DUKE MANS CLUB?
CrossFit Iron Duke Mans Club, takes place on the first Friday of every month. This is where men (both members and non members), can come in and take part in a workout, be part of a community in a safe and open environment and, if they wish, talk to others so they don’t suffer in silence.

Being a man of more words isn’t about dialling up the banter. It’s about carving out space for meaningful chats about the bigger stuff in life. From talking about the kids, the bills, a new job or a setback – the right conversation can make all the difference to a mate who might be struggling.

HOW DO I JOIN?
Iron Duke Mans Club is free to all to attend. Simply turn up on the night. All we ask is that you arrive just before 1900. And if you don’t want to workout, and just want to have a cuppa and a chat, that is also cool.

This club is open to both members and non members (and is free to join).  For more information and to book send us an email

MOVEMBER

November 2025

𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥, the month formerly known as November, is back at CrossFit Iron Duke for 2025.

Movember is when brave and selfless men around the world grow a moustache, and women step up to support them, all to raise awareness and funds for men’s health – specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

Movember is the leading global charity changing the face of men’s health. They exist to stop men dying too young by tackling some of the most complex health issues facing men today.

On average, men are dying 4.5 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons. Everyone reading this post is either a man, or they know a man. For that very reason, we want to do something about that and want to at least raise awareness and learn how to better look after each other.

We will be undertaking a Movember WOD every weekend in November, starting Saturday 1 November at 0900, to raise awareness of men’s health and to raise money for the charity

If you want to get involved then the workout is below. Members, you can sign up for this workout on WODBoard.

𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿: 45min AMRAP
1440m buy in (run or row), into rounds of…
3 cleans
11 deadlifts
61 double unders
23 burpees over bar
50 wall balls
